Daivan Sherman will enter her fourth season with the COTR Avalanche as a Best in Class
Middle blocker Daivan Scherman just finished her third season with the COTR Avalanche women’s volleyball team.
The Battleford, Saskatchewan native was used in each position this past regular season as she compiled 59 kills, 17 aces, 60 digs and led her club with 26 blocks. Not only is she having success on the court, but in the classroom as well already earning her accounting diploma and now enrolled in the Business Administration program at College of the Rockies.
She talks to Ryan Watters about some of the challenges and successes of being student athlete and explains where she has found space to do homework on some of the longer Avalanche road trips.
