Laini Glover – Douglas Royals

In a key matchup, Glover had her best weekend of the season leading the Douglas College Royals to a sweep of the defending national champion CBC Bearcats. On Friday night, in a hard-fought contest where points were at a premium for both teams, Glover scored a team high 10 points and grabbed five boards. Most importantly, she hit two key shots and grabbed a big rebound down the stretch to help preserve the Royals slim two-point victory. On Saturday night, she was a rebounding force, grabbing an incredible career high 18 rebounds. She also chipped in eight points, three assists and two blocks.
