Veteran Tommy Millar of the Capilano Blues leads his team to the CCAA nationals this week

Midfielder Tommy Millar has been pillar of strength this season and helped the Capilano Blues to their first PACWEST title since 2018.

He was a key factor in their gold medal run and is excited to get an opportunity to play for a national medal this week in Quebec. 

The Blues open the tournament on Wednesday against the UKC Blue Devis from Halifax in a battle of two Conference champions.

Millar speaks with Ryan Watters about the season and expectations for this week.
