PACWEST Basketball Championship
The PACWEST comes to VIU for the 2018 championship
The 2018 basketball PACWEST Championship tournament is set to go beginning on Thursday afternoon on the campus of Vancouver Island University for the first time since 2010. The six team tournament gives the top two seeds a bye into the semi-finals which are scheduled for Friday. Then Saturday the medal matches will take place with the winner punching their ticket to the National Championship.
On the women's side the CCAA national final is set for Mount Allison Univesity in New Brunswick tipping off Thursday March 15th.
On the men's side they will also travel east to play at College Montmorency in Laval Quebec. They are also the defending national champions.

The championship tournament runs from Thursday March 1 – Saturday March 3. Games from both men and women will begin each day at 1:00pm and be broadcasted HERE. (same link for women's and men's matches)
